How it works
The request
You write to us — occasion, date, number of guests, wishes. We take the time to understand what you are looking for.
The selection
We propose one or more chefs whose cuisine matches your evening. You choose, or we choose together.
The menu
The chef composes a bespoke menu for you — taking into account your constraints, your preferences, the season.
The evening
The chef and their team arrive, set up, cook, plate, and leave. You have nothing to manage.
